Technical leadership for multi-national operations in 7 countries. Developed core e‑commerce infrastructure, including lead generation, loyalty programs, and CPA mechanics. Managed dozens of high-stakes integrations with payment systems, ad networks, loyalty systems, and market leaders.

Product leadership for fitness-tech aggregation and lead-generation systems.

2004 — 2010 | Web-expert, UNDP Project: Scientific Network of Uzbekistan

Lead for all web-resource development and infrastructure within the project. Responsible for the architecture of the hosting/colocation platform and technical consulting for non-profit, educational, and governmental organizations nationwide.

2002 — 2010 | Early bird of UzNet Development (Freelance & Startups)

Pioneered the first generation of digital communities and content infrastructure in the region:

Commercial Dev: High-volume development for major local brands, agencies, and international travel/lead-gen niche projects in RuNet.
ISP Infrastructure: Bootstrapped the content resource networks for one of the leading ISPs (music, movies, software, thematic portals), including Player.uz.
Startups: Founder of early UzNet projects: dev.uz (People of UzNet) and live.uz (Tashkent Nightlife).
Communities: Administered popular online social spaces of the pre-Facebook era in the region — narod.uz (IRC network), itforum.uz (IT community), and lets.drink.uz (lifestyle forum).

2002 — 2003 | Web-developer, Project MasterNet (Intranet)

First official job. Developed an all-in-one web portal and site-building engine for one of the first popular intranet networks in the region.
